When some one complains about adds that have links to match making or half naked women I do say that but tongue in cheek, seems to shut a lot of people up for some reason.

I recall there was a scam running with Russian chicks a few years back. They would come over and f**k you silly. They would move in and be the sex doll that the dude wished for. Nek minute he gets a visit from the cops at work. He gets served an AVO for domestic violence and is required to stay away from his own house with a 500m radius. All done to scam a visa IIRC.

I know a guy who was working in Shanghai and met a local hot professional girl. They are both in Australia now and married. Her visa however is subject to them staying together for X years as a couple and immigration call him from time to time I think even randomly visit the house to make sure they are still a couple and he has not been scammed. Pretty sure that if they ever break up, she is on the first flight back.

Amazing how scams are a way of life these days. They've become so prolific yet still people fall for them. The digital age has spawned new types of criminal activity to the extent that home theft is now yeah/nah. TV's haven't fallen off the back of a truck in ages.
