If she was offering to massage your neck in full view of other customers, I'd say go for it.
It's not like she's going to go for a sneaky rub and tug while no one's looking.

I'm still getting over a pinched nerve in my neck. I've had four visits to the Osteopath over two months and it's finally almost gone. If some homeless guy who smelled like a rubbish bin had offered to fix it I would've taken him up.

What do you do when wind farms are becoming more efficient and therefore threaten coal as an alternative energy source ?

Haynzy, I'll be in Adelaide end August to see the Audreys. I'll find out exactly where and I'll offer to buy you a beer.

Good stuff mate, sounds like a plan.

I've got gigs on the 15th, 16th (Barossa Food and Wine festival) and 30th (big show at Norwood).
Hopefully it's outside of that.

I'm gonna guess...no longer class them as developing technologies because they have reached a certain level of efficiency and commercialisation, and subsequently redirect our limited investment funds to other areas of renewable energy that don't yet have that level of efficiency and commercialisation so they can get the assistance/subsidies they need to develop?

That seems like the logical thing to do, anyways.

Bullshit.

The Clean Energy Finance Corporation is not required to focus on emerging technologies. Their mandate is all about..

The Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) invests using a commercial approach to overcome market barriers and mobilise investment in renewable energy, energy efficiency and low emissions technologies.

Abbott is roadblocking competition to his precious coal burning mates. After all, coal is good for humanity.

Well, if they are going to proscribe CEFC investments in more mature technologies, they'll have to accept a much more volatile set of returns from CEFC. Presently CEFC invest across a range of risk classes. That obviously won't be the case in the future. And presently, the CEFC generates consistent positive returns to the taxpayer if consider as a standalone entity. Precisely what the 'whole of government' return comes to is less certain, as some of the investment returns reflect the benefits of govt. subsidies provided to the operators of energy plants.

Would love to mate.
We're actually disbanding after the August 30th gig so if I do ever get to a gig in the Hunter, it won't be with etype :(

The Reserve Bank has indicated that there are 2 interest rate cuts to come. The crash will not happen anytime soon.

Cheap money will keep it churning however rising unemployment and low business confidence will slow it down to a plateau IMO.

If there is a correction it will happen with a thud, however only shave 10-15% off before everyone jumps back in.

Historically that's what seems to happen.

Yes, but banks could have funding issues in the near future which will increase rates even if the RBA continue to cut:
