Well he knows he's not welcome in ours!!

Im more than welcome, but you may note Ive virtually stopped posting because its useless. Instead Ive been admiring the big swing in attitudes of people like yourself, from dooms day theorist after 3 rds, to fluffies praising the club.... its quite amusing how peoples opinions change like the wind

Yep, Sutho_Shark's reputation of being an idiot goes before him.

Thats the sacrafice you must make to voice your opinion. And it really does mean jack when you consider people who say Gallen should be put in the centres and Vagana to fullback etc somehow are respected while people who suggest our season might turn around cos its only early days are labelled idiots

Re the subject matter and a side point...

On watching the delayed telecast, it may be the ABC radio broadcast was a little out of whack. I think they might have got Barrett and Ndaira mixed up for two of those forward passes. And at least one wasn't forward at all.

A half-hearted effort from Barrett and he made plenty of wrong decisions - and he got worse as the match went on imo. But he was sometimes blamed for the sins of others.

The broadcast also got stuck into Ashton Sims and said he had been hooked, which wasn't the case.

Overall though, a rotten effort. Not enough punch up front and no real look of hurting them in defence. And no real heart.

On the upside, I thought Brett Morris was good at times, although he has to learn to cart it up solo on the kick-return rather than telegraphing the inside pass to the fullback.
Charles Leaneo had a beaut debut. He looks trimmer around the gut and bigger in the upper body (if that is possible) than he did last year. I'd lie to see more of him in first grade.

Congrats today Frenzy. You guys had plenty of cohesion and focus and if it wasn't for some handling areas, you would have put another 16 on us.

I'm not here to Bag-A-Drag either. What's the point?

I'm sure we'll see each other in the semis again.

I wonder if Raper/Brown were fused there would be half a decent coach as a result.

As much as it pains me, you've got to give credit where credit's due.

I don't think much has changed today Willow , this squad has been mentally fragile for a very long time . It's time in my opinion to lose a few superstars and buy a few hardnuts with less ability and a whole lot more mongrel .
Yes a cleanout is way overdue . Having said that Canterbury were once considered the entertainers.
They didn't ever win consistantly until they bought hardmen like Tunks, Gillespie , Battese , Johnston and Kelly . And had good halves in Mortimer and Lamb .They then were less flashy but they won grandfinals and that is what we are in business for ..IMO ..

The opinion of a supreme optimist - Your guys were crap and Barrett was the the crappest. The Sharks bombed 3 tries in the first half and St george 2nd try was courtesy of of a Steve Clark Bullsh1t penalty for a late tackle. You've got no positives at all out of this game.

Thanks for that Rexxxy, and Willow and SFS and any others.

Been a long time since we had a win against the Drags and we did it in fair style. To be honest though a better team than us might of put 50 on St George today

We still are a long way from being the star on the Chrissy tree.

It was good to get a win against you guys again its been a while. I guess at the end of the day we wanted the win more. I think you guys will bounce back when you get some of your players back. I don't know how you guys feel about Barrett but IMO he has to go, he's got nothing now, seemed to be 12000 miles away today.
