Good work lads.
diggo: I got the ML at 1.88, nice one getting on early at 2.20.
Apey: I stuck with the ML as I was worried about golden goal.
Today's games are looking pretty awful. Won't be going crazy on anything.
Eels and Sharks: Usually when a team gets thrashed or held scoreless they'll usually bounce back, but it's Parramatta, can you rely on Sandow and Hayne to show up for one of the few games of the season where they play to their ability? +4.5 isn't enough with the amount of tries Eels can leak. Sharks won't be wanting to drop 2 in a row. No Carney, but Gordon can fill that gap. Parra need a miracle, Sharks just need to complete their sets, not give away silly penalties and keep the pressure on. I think Sharks should cover the -4.5 and total over 38.
Cowboys -12.5 after a trip to New Zealand with the form they're in? ugh
Backing Penrith, even with 2 tries and the hook? No thanks. Although the past 10 between em have all been within 12 point margins and surprisingly Penrith are 6-4 h2h and Panthers have a good away record up there. Upset of the round?
The total has gone over 44 6-4 from the past 10 back to 2006. Out of the last 6 games, 5-1 over 44. I think this time the trend swings under. Penrith averaging 23 ppg this season, shouldn't be able to put up that much on the Cowboys. Cowboys only averaging 14.5 ppg, obviously struggling. With the travel, warm conditions up there, some showers forecast for Townsville. Cowboys will likely tire and have to grind out a win, I doubt this is the week where NQ gets it together and cruises home as the line suggests. I think Cowboys win like 22-10.
