He's been arrested, charged and has been granted conditional bail. He has to front Penrith Local Court on 1 May 2019.

'Record intimate image without consent' carries 3 years maximum. Same for 'distribute intimate image without consent'.

Not sure if those are the precise charges, but that's what I could find.
