That first one was probably the worst attempt at catching a bomb I’ve ever seen. I can see where the bunker is coming from for the 2nd one, but it’s a tough call and I wouldn’t have complained at no try

We aren’t even playing that well for 28-0. This week and last week are the perfect examples of what possession in Rugby League can do, had no ball last week at all and got flogged, have it all this week so far and running up a score

Yep, extremely dumb play from him, never made any attempt to get back at all that close to the line, made it a pretty easy call for the ref

They’d been playing Russian roulette with the play the ball speed for 20mins before that too, was painfully slow how long they were laying there

credit to Weekes, Olakau’atu in the clear is probably the last thing you want to see after his previous few minutes

I started watching league in 1991, think today is the first time I have heard a penalty given for “acting against the spirit of the game” that Curran was pinged for. Can’t say I disagree with it though

For those that didn’t see it, he stood behind the eels defensive line and called one of their players out for being offside

Wally used to referee… Curran doesn’t have that mana

I'm not a fan personally, but that's more because of his DWZ levels of milking than because of his skill. He's not a top tier centre, but he's pretty decent on both sides of the ball
