Oh Squiggily line, in my eye fluid.

I see you there, lurking in the periphery of my vision.

But when I try to look at you... you scurry away.

Are you shy, squiggily line ?

Why only when I ignore you, do you return to the centre of my eye ?

Oh, squiggily line.

It's alright.

You are forgiven.

Sometimes when i'm really bored, i play games with the squiggly line in my eye. It tries to fall out of my field of vision, so i flick my eyes up and not let it. Hours of entertainment.

I've told a few of my close friends and family, and they laughed at me. I was a little worried posting it, people would think I was strange. I'm pleased I'm not alone. It makes me feel more comfortable.

Stare at the four black dots in the center of the image for 30 - 60 seconds.
Then quickly close your eyes and look at something bright (like a lamp or a window
with sunlight coming through it). You should see a white circle with an image inside it.

Perhaps not everyone gets them. I can't begin to think how to explain it to those who don't get them. Can't even make a pic in Photoshop that can help!

If you look across a room on a sunlit day, you can see dust particles floating in the air. It's similar to that, but inside your eye, and transparent.
