They do. They seem to have abandoned the sponsor names for official purposes in this tournament (thank f**k).

FIFA, as part of their contract, take complete control of stadiums. It's part of the contract for the bid.
Naming right stadiums have their name removed during the tournament. Allianz does not sponsor FIFA so it won't be called Allianz stadium. The same for Accor.
All existing advertising in stadiums is also removed and replaced with FIFA'S advertising and sponsor partners.
It's a World Cup ffs and broadcast around the world to billions of people over the length of the tournament.
Of course, they want their own sponsors advertised.
