He’s learnt that Aussies want someone who has their backs, not someone who’s priority is themselves. At the height of the bushfire disaster, he released a marketing video designed to Jedi us into thinking that he was really doing a good job. Arrogantly defelected and was purposefully obtuse. Now he is real, compassionate, strong yet vulnerable. He has learnt the hard way on what leadership is about.

Fakery might worlk in the states, but not here.
