Vigilatintism is a unlawful. He was not protecting his own property or family. This was not a wartime firefight. He was not a soldier.

He shot and killed an unarmed man 4 times. He then shot and killed a man armed with a skateboard 2 times. Another is a paraplegic.

If your assessment that they were criminal garbage is your way of justifying their death in your mind, then that’s up to you.

I think your version is a bit jumbled ... not that it changes the situation enormously.

The person who is a paraplegic is the black guy who got shot by the police.

Then the riots, violence and looting ensued, then the police get instructed to do nothing by the government, then the vigilantis decide to get involved cos no one else is, as per normal usa.

The 2nd guy who was shot was only shot once in the chest as he tried to grab the gun. He wouldnt have got shot had he not grabbed the gun.

The 3rd guy who got shot is not a paraplegic, unless having your arm f**ked up is considered paraplegia. This guy actually had a gun too and mostly likely would have shot the kid had he not been shot in the arm first.

I also find it interesting that the CNN article has a video, but they dont show the full thing, nor mention, that the kid lower his gun with no intension to shoot the 3rd guy until he goes at him, with a gun ..... guys 2 & 3 would never have got shot had they not gone after the kid. I dont think the kid wanted to shoot anyone, he panicked when the first guy went after him then was in fear with the other two. But hey, he was running round with a loaded gun.

I think there is a whole string of stupidity that led to it, only part of which is the kid.

Isn’t he “not guilty” of all charges? That’s not necessarily the same thing as innocent.

Innocent until proven guilty…
Seriously though, yes there is a difference. He had one charge dismissed which leads to an innocent claim. You are correct though, not guilty of the other ridiculous charges.

What did I make up ? You can’t adopt a vigilante persona, travel significant distance to imerse your untrained self in a position of danger, parade yourself with others and your big dick guns and when the angry mob turns on you, use that very situation of danger as defence for shooting people.

Analogy: You can’t jump over the fence at the zoo into the tigers exhibit and expect sympathy when your fun day at the zoo turns to shit. Yes shooting the tigers is most definitely self defence, but seriously, you need to find out what “contributory negligence” and “assumption of risk” mean in torts law.

You look that up and we can talk again.

Here’s Kyke in happier times before the trial. Can anyone remember what the hand sign means again ? This pic was taken whilst he was on bail. Does it prove anything ? No, other than perhaps revealing a layer of his personality.

TBH I really don't understand why folks here are so engaged by the goings on in this entire incident.

It's become little more than a stomping ground for US culture wars, the detail being interpreted to provide a story in order to satisfy peoples predetermined agendas.

What's most galling though is merkins putting this up as example of something good, as if we would want such goings on here. I mean we are talking rioting and vigilante mobs all armed with firearms.

What a thing to aspire to.
