Hes an entitled dickhead isn’t he? Lol.

I can't tell what is going on here.
…..Tedesco replaces Prince Andrew.

…..The squid thing replaces his hand around Virginia Giraffes waist.

……And a quote from his infamous interview when asked why his hand was around her side.

Ok, I suppose you were better off not knowing!

The essence of it is taking the piss out of Tedesco for being a racist flog.

Cannot fathom the continuing dumb appointments by ScoMo.

This pelican is now the Disaster Relief Agency boss. He is literally a walking parody.

On Friday Stone, the coordinator general of the National Recovery and Resilience Agency, told the Sydney Morning Herald that “the taxpayer and the ratepayer cannot continue to pick up the bill for these huge, catastrophic damage events”.

“You’ve got people who want to live among the gum trees – what do you think is going to happen? Their house falls in the river and they say it’s the government’s fault,” Stone reportedly said.

He'll (ScoMo) get slated up here. The lack of govt assistance is absolutely pathetic. Most of the rescuing and clean-up work up here has been done by the general public. Old farts like me with 4WDs and trailers who spent last weekend cleaning up local caravan parks and water damaged houses.

The SES is so undermanned and under funded its not funny. Most of the people on the sth side of the river were rescued and fed by a bunch of local surfers in power boats and jet skies and they are still going. I'm sure the govt thinks it over.

ScoMo will no doubt have his photo taken with a piece of wood he helped clean up and announce some funding that will apply next financial year.

re: SES - i heard they are only allowed to respond to officially recorded requests for help. Yet when shit was going down it was rather hard to make such a request. So they often sat on the sidelines while people did what they could themselves.

There are still bodies floating down the river here, not an SES in sight and hasn't been for a week now. They were on deck for 2 days, 2 f**kING DAYS.

How can dead people request help ?

Whatever the cause is, it's not good enough.

There were Qld SES people saying they would love to help but could not afford the time off work. If there were a situation like the NSW FB, where people get some sort of remuneration for their time off work, then the SES could have done so much more, as they are trained in this, the general public is not.

Littleproud was on the tv this morning saying it's up to state emergency services to deal with disaster stuff and they only step in with ADF when things get dire. So basically they want free volunteers to mop up preferably.

National Emergency. He will do his usual allocation of funds and we will find out in future senate estimate hearings that the money was never allocated in the forward estimates and no cash actually spent.

Will be interesting to see how the electorates of Hunter (labor), Paterson (labor) , Lynne (nationals), New England (nationals), Cowper (nationals), Page (nationals) & Richmond (labor) react to this.
