Back to Trump @hindy111, I think he’s made some self serving remarks that Israel is absolutely furious about.

He’s criticised both Biden and Netanyahu but as I understand it, not necessarily for the ongoing Gaza obliteration.

I think he would be looking for a major Biden failure and an argument that has a mass appeal for his American constituents.

The hostage situation remains a serious issue. If the Hamas start broadcasting their unjustified execution, that could push Israel quite a bit further.

Enter the role of big tech and what, if anything, they can do to resolve the issues.

This might be a time where a stateless powerful google or whatever is a good thing.

Everyone else seems to be too far gone, except the UN of which we are a member state last time I checked.

Politics is just school debating as a full time career. You pick a side and propogate the argument for your team, whether it fits your values or not. It's why so many lawyers are a natural fit.

In reality the majority don't totally believe in it all. It's just a game for the best of them.

I think a solid percentage of politicians (25%) are dark triad personality types. Narcissistic at the very least.

As much as it’s complicated, what I don’t get is the absolute support of one side over the other. I am not talking about Hamas, they are merkins. But the collateral damage are the Palestinians.

Interestingly our (Australian’s) position is that Israel is guilty of f**kery, which aligns with the UN. Ask the USA however and you’ll be howled out.

There’s now hundreds of thousands more potential enemies of the west since Biden got involved.

And also probably, greater threats to Israel.

A flaccid male version of the unelectable Hillary.

On this war stuff, Trumps republicans seem to be way ahead of the curve.

If the invasion is going to be a bloodbath, we need to assemble a massive UN force to stop it. Any Hamas terrorist folk can face trial at The Hague.

Ran out of onions at our school's democracy bbq today.... But the school in the next suburb decided to charge $1 extra for onion - outrageous!

Scored a free Jim Beam hat at the local bottle-o, when I stopped by to purchase some alcohol to get me through the referendum results later tonight!
