if you want to post ,,,,in any forum

you inferred through poor writing , memberships were down across the board in the NRL
they were not
& neither of the figures above here you've posted are correct according to the state of the game report released by the NRL last year
it had Parra at just ova 12,000 football club members in 2010.... & a few less last year

when will you get something right ?:?

AFL is now a PSSA sport for the first time (runs in summer not winter though). They provide the coaches and referees so teachers don't have to.

The league development officers really need to get their act together. Those Aus kick clinics are professionally run and the guys who run it could almost be teachers. Most classroom teachers bring a chair out and just watch. The league guys are more worried about looking cool (still have sunnies on and just in general) and constantly have behaviour problems. Classroom teachers almost run the session because of it.

Most teachers are lazy and will do anything if it gets them time of class, hence why Auskick goes well but league doesn't.

At my kids' school in Adelaide Auskick is run by a couple of parents on a Saturday morning

The ARL development officers I work with at an Adelaide high school are great at what they do and work their arses off with little support from the ARL.

I don't know many lazy teachers, sure there are some but most do a shedload of work that they don't have to in their own time.

Pretty sure that mini and mod league are the safest in Australia, mothers are just generally dumb and listen to any uneducated f*ckwits who know nothing about what they claim to know about.......

Bingo.

by becoming a black hole that sucks up millions of dollars every year? if the storm had to pay their own way they would have folded years ago

Doubt it. They would have a much smaller football budget and wouldn't have 'won' those comps, but they would survive.

football club memberships are are already on the way down as 2011 had less than 2010

The figures you quote do not represent the financial members of the Parramatta Football Club which was what I was referring to in my original comment.

I know my nephew was playing because my sis didn't want him to get hurt (it was either aussie rules or soccer, league wasn't an option)

Did you try telling the sis she is just dumb, Strider? How long would it take to find all your teeth after she knocked them out?

meh auskick is run so shit I have seen it run first hand and does not compare to what league do's offer , they get a bunch of numptys who are completing uni degrees to run all their shit while the do sits back and laps up the stats. Most league do's actually deliver the programs themselves

teachers dont help they see it as baby sitting, should get off their butts and get more involved , fair majority do anyways

you think so? the figure i heard was they were running at a 6 million dollar a year loss with the balance being topped up by news ltd if they had to find that money themselves how long do you think they would last?
