I don't have any ill toward Ricky, We were the ones who threw big bucks towards him , we were the ones who gave him an escape clause. We or anyone else didn't expect Furner to get the sack 3/4 through the 2013 season.

To be honest id rather Broncos promote SK as head coach and we watch the circus unfold.

OR Phil Gould in the year 2019 after another panthers failed season, still keeps saying "we are getting there, takes time to build a club"

Without youngsters ready to come into the team he had to hire plenty of temporary players. Including blokes on their last legs.

This is why the 'academy' has been so important. To save us having to sign those types of players.

Nobody's crediting Sticky for sacking players already off contract (e.g. temporary signings like Keating and Roberts) but he did move on a few blokes who still had a year or more left here: Blair, Horo, Maitua and Mullaney. He also told Ryan and Harrison to look elsewhere, but they both left after Sticky was gone.

Brad Arthur has sacked as many 'on-contract' players as most. He's punted contracted players going no where like Ryan and Harrison in his first few months in the job. I'm sure there has been others let go as well since he started.

Yep - Peats, Norman and Edwards. All good players. Peats could be our best signing of the past 30 years.

I dont know why but it seems like a lot of parra fans have written Mossop off before he has even played a game for us. the hate for him on the other site is immense! i personally can't wait to see what Mossop brings to the table, i hope he is a tireless worker in defence just like Peats.
