I'm not going to put shit on Ricky - just pointing out the frailties in the methods he uses to run his squad week in week out.
He obviously has a small man syndrome problem and with it a lack of confidence in the MAN he really is and with it comes self-esteem issues..... hence why he compensates using the frailties of his many insular self-centered methods of power and control that really is Ricky's ego trip which stops him connecting with his players one on one.

As much as I didn't rate Ricky he did not have Hoppa-Peats or Norman who are making a big difference. Also a fit Tonga.
You could also say Mau wasn't ready and neither was Edwards Terepo or Pauli Pauli.There are 8 guys there and he also lost Hayne for a bulk of the year.

I don't have any ill toward Ricky, We were the ones who threw big bucks towards him , we were the ones who gave him an escape clause. We or anyone else didn't expect Furner to get the sack 3/4 through the 2013 season.

To be honest id rather Broncos promote SK as head coach and we watch the circus unfold.
