With a win tonight we likely finish 5th, possibly 6th or 4th

With a loss we likely fall all the way to 8th

5th could be against Dragons, Bronocos or Warriors really. All their F/A’s are pretty close.

Pretty much the same is we finish 8th, except we’ll likely have to travel.


If we somehow pull off 4th we’ll likely be back in Melbourne again next week, outside chance to play the roosters at Allianz.

Broncos and Warriors should win this week. Reckon Knights may pump the Dragons. If so they'd finish eighth which would be our best bet.

I think the Doggies could upset the Sharks but by max eight points or so, nothing major. Would mean we have to win by at least 28 which I don't think will happen.

Right now I’d say our opponents in week 1 of the finals will either be the Dragons or Warriors.

Bronocs only need to win by 2 to jump over the warriors, they need 33 to jump over us.


What we don’t want to see is the dragons win by 20+, then we may have to play the broncos. At least it’d be in Sydney if they don’t win by 33.

Dragons loss is definitely the best outcome. Then we play them week 1 unless the broncos win big.

I don't think any team has been capable of 4 in a row against top 8 this year so it'll be a pretty tough ask.

Nah. Cronulla have had the edge over the Storm and think they'll put it off. Then we'd play Melbourne and if we win that then Souths in Week 3.
