That would be great.

When they play us they will definitely be missing Chambers, Asofa-Solomona, and Brandon Smith. They might also still be missing Vunivalu.

If they also rest Munster and Cameron Smith we might actually have a chance against them.

Besides it might be to our advantage to finish 8th instead of 6th. Finish 6th likely means a game against the Bronocs.

Yeah top spot has been cursed this year, every team that has reached top spot has turned to shit soon after which means there are only three teams that can win it and all 3 have hit form recently while the other 5 are falling apart.

Well done. So if we want to play week 1 in Sydney, we have to beat the Storm, that is the size of it. The Storm have little to gain by winning, although it's possible they could finish 2nd if they lose. Even that isn't very likely.

Last year with the minor assured they put the cleaners through Canberra, but this Melbourne side isn't the same as last year's and they are carrying injuries to key players. They themselves were helped by the refs to get past the Titans.

If we lose and all of the Warriors, Broncos and Dragons win by similar amounts, then we will get the Dragons in the first week of the finals. Seems like the most likely case. If both us and the Dragons lose, we'll play Brisbane or the Warriors away.
