Geez is McKinnon 107kgs???? Looks leaner than that. He could carry more. Will be a monster next year with another preseason.

Those weights just highlight how big a bloke JWH is. He IS an absolute machine to carry 120+ the way he plays. Freak.

McKinnon heavier than Cuthbo? Wow.

Awesome signing I believe. I question the length of it, but hey he wanted to move and set up his family so at least he'll be comfortable with no distraction and he can concentrate on the best year ahead of him hopefully.

plan to get mckinnon bulked up even more he showed how damaging he can be the past few weeks can only imagine how good he will be with a few more kegs of muscle on him

praying down the track we will see big toka play alongside mason, sims, snowden and packer. might not be the most attractive or well known front row but i could guarantee they would run through any opposition infront of them. also with packers brutal defence will make our already scary defensive backrow even scarier.

top signing and more to follow.

McKinnon has a slightly lean appearance but it is lean mass in the right areas (chest, shoulders, abs) and he is pretty tall. He's growing into his career playing body, he'll be about 190cm and 110kgs lean. Just a guy who is blessed with ideal genetics for a backrower, all bone and muscle.

I think both Bennett and M.Gidley had said over the past few weeks the club were after at least two more players for 2014. Just who will be the other one????

Doubt it will be Baptiste tbh. He will get a better go with Hunt moving to halfback permanently and he is not keen to leave Brisbane

Well there's a few players on the nose at the warriors...

Rumour is Ben Matulino is one... And Shaun Johnson could be another...

I highly doubt the warriors would let either of them go... But there is abit of talk about them.

8. Snowden 112kg
9. Gidley
10. Packer 112kg
11. Rochow 105kg
12. Scott 98kg
13. Smith 102kg

14. McKinnon 107kg
15. Mason 115kg
16. Cuthbo 106kg
17. Clydsdale

Big pack.

Packer may weigh that in his left glute...

Good signing, he'll be sure to russell some jimmies with his size. With this addition to our squad I reckon we'll piss all over the rest of the competition and send a few teams packing.

rnb11 is dialed in I believe so we might be on a roll.

Certainly our attractiveness as a club on the up has improved immeasurably over the last few weeks.

Baptiste wouldn't surprise me. With the forever growing question marks around Gidley, be it injury or ability to fit into the team, Bennett might want someone a little more first grade ready than Clydsdale to play hooker in the short-mid term. It's never bad having competition for spots, anyway... let the cream rise to the top.

We've been after him before, he's off contract and there's always the odd whisper of his name here and there.

Wanting another forward would be just greedy... and I can't imagine there are many off contract. Wouldn't say no to Ben Matulino if the Warriors don't want him, lol.

We could do with a edge runner, unless Bennett wants to move Cuthbo back out there from next year.

With Snowden, Mason, Packer, Cuthbo, Houston and Fa'alogo all frontrowers, I'm wondering if Sims might be used as an edge running backrower. He has all the assets to do it.

It's hard to see where all these forwards will fit in at full strength.

Four props, four hookers and two backrowers will be the go I think.

Props = Snowden, Mason, Packer, Cuthbo.....+Houston, Fa'alogo

Backrowers = Smith, Scott, Rochow, McKinnon.....+Sims

Surprised to see a few of you guys not naming Houston in your hypothetical teams for next season? He seems like a damn good player from what I have seen, and versatile between the front and back row... though probably more a back rower / lock in my view due to his tall, lanky build and high defensive work rate.
