That is true, there was an element of hacking which changes the scenario somewhat.The difference in this case (and Napa) is that these videos were being shared among group chats of players making the risk of them leaking a lot higher
JLaw etc had phones hacked for the photos and videos to be released. They didn't distribute them around a group of people and were always intended to be private.
These NRL videos were obviously not meant to be kept private because if they were they wouldn't have been sent to group chats
You could argue these days that taking images and storing them on any cloud server is also asking for trouble knowing how easy it was for hacks to occur in the past.
In sharing the videos ,the fellas obviously increase the risk of things getting out and with the inquisitive nature of society, shit like this will get out when there is motive to do so.
Clearly, the Boyzzzz are not as tight as they think either . Despite being league bros, they need to be mindful of who they share anything with.
Obviously a few dog merkins in the nrl out to get others.
