My understanding is if the tape was made prior to March 1st 2019 then the Big Papi rule would apply. When its leaked is irrelevant. The exception should only be if there is anything unconsensual occurring in the video.

Hopefully this is the case. Will it be the case ? Who knows it's the NRL. Hopefully Uncle Phil puts his arm around the bloke (in a very non sexual way) and manages to get this outcome for him. Will the other clubs allow this to happen.

You're talking about the competition that announced new refereeing touching rules and it took 12 teams to do it before a Penrith player finally did it eight games in which lead to Penrith being the first ones to be punished.

He could have had sex a decade ago, but his punishment will still dwarf Napa's. The NRL loves smashing Penrith to set a precedent because they're too scared to do it to other clubs.

And that's not a conspiracy theory, that's just a fact.

The second one shows someone choking a woman whilst having sex with her and then slaps her across the face. The women in both videos do not look distressed whilst these events are occurring.

Not something you would want your Nan to watch you doing, but a bit of rough play and dirty talk floats a lot of boats.

To be honest neither of these images sound great. The NRL will come down hard, to be seen as doing 'the right thing'. I suppose unless the 'lady' concerned comes out and says she was fine with it, and happy to go along with it (so to speak) He's gunna struggle not to be banned / fined. Even though this type of stuff may go on in many bedrooms across Australia. The NRL sees itself as being better than that. Especially after the off season that they have endured.

I am not sure if normal or abnormal is the issue, the issue is whether or not this is a good look for the game. You guys can decide that for yourselves when you eventually see the videos.
