1. Gordon
2. Kilifi
3. Jennings
4. Tighe
5. Elford
6. Graham
7. Walsh
8. Puletua
9. Aiton

The status quo will stay the same and the team will resemble something akin to the game against the Dragons but with Lewis and Pritchard starting.

I hope Tia Kiliffi does start...that way we would know to an extent that he might be staying with the Panthers.

.
As I put in the Tia Kilifi thread, a mate of mine spoke directly to Peter Mulholland yesterday at CUA stadium, and asked if the rumours were true that the dogs had bought JTK.....and the answer was a direct YES.

Is daniella still out injured? Personally I'd be prepared to run with

1. Gordon
2. Tia Kalifi
3. Jennings
4. Tighe
5. Blair
6. Graham
7. Walsh
8. Puletuea
9. Ation
10. Bell
11. Waterhouse
12. Pritchard
13. Lewis

14. Romelo
15. Grant
16. Woolnough/Cooper
17. Paulo

IMO Sammut has been terrible in the second half of the season and I think he can consider himself very luck Coote has a season ending injury otherwise he'd be back playing for the Wolves.

It's actually funny how much the Broncos situation this year parrallels what we were going through about this time last year.

Fighting for a top 8 spot they travelled to canberra and got trounced and now just like us they have a chance to redeem themselves against the last palced side.

Yep, and if they win big against the Sharks like we did against the Dogs after the Canberra game, let's hope the same script follows. Several hidings to end the season for them.

I'd be going with:

1. Sammut (He's our best option here)
2. Gordon (So underrated. One of, if not our best last week)
3. Jennings (More ball, please)
4. Tighe (Did well last week, proving people wrong when he wants to)
5. Tia-Kilifi (PICK HIM)
6. Graham (More ball on the last)
7. Walsh
8. Puletua
9. Aiton
10. Bell
11. Waterhouse
12. Cooper
13. Lewis

14. Pritchard
15. Grant (Needs to be in the first grade side, not Paulo)
16. Blair (One of our best last week)
17. Smith

My mail is Masada Iosefa will be back in the next couple of weeks.

He could prove to be useful.

I really think we must put either Gordon or Jennings to fullback and flick Sammut to Cambridge Park A Reserves, on the wing.

Iosefa was great last year. This year... I don't know what's happened in the offseason but he went backwards. He would of been first choice hooker prior to playing a game but Aiton has played him off the park.

I'm happy to stick with Aiton to be honest for the full eighty rather than switch the two in and out. Leave the interchanges for the forwards.

If we lose this match there's a good chance we'll be out of the eight. I didn't see the Broncos game last night but from what I've heard they're still out of sorts. We need to get on top early.

The official team is:

.Jarrod Sammut 2.Junior Tia-Kilifi 3.Michael Jennings 4.Brad Tighe 5.Michael Gordon 6.Wade Graham 7.Luke Walsh 8.Frank Puletua 9.Paul Aiton 10.Matthew Bell 11.Trent Waterhouse (C) 12. Frank Pritchard 13.Luke Lewis

Interchange: 14.Nathan Smith 15. Gavin Cooper 16.Joseph Paulo 17.Maurice Blair 18.Adam Woolnough 19. Tim Grant

I'd love to see Paulo drop off for Grant. Smith and Cooper are backrowers so we don't need a third which essentially Paulo is.

I'm not really sure about Blair either if everyone is healthy. Grant needs to be in the side though.

Smith has to start as he offers nothing of the bench.I think they will start with blair again then bring graham on as they have last few games.
The area we need to improve is out of dummy half. The sharks got out of dummy half fast and where carving the broncos they just did not have the quality players to finish them off.I have no doubt they will hit us wide all day .They have a lot of decoy runs and cut outs

If that 17 runs out Pritchard will be playing a lot of prop again, and perhaps Waterhouse likewise. Given Lewis and House will probably play 80, we have absolutely no need for 3 backrowers (4 if you consider Blair a backrower) on the bench. I'd get rid of either Cooper or Smith for Grant. Cooper and Smith are the same player, both have stepped up at times this year but as an interchange for Pritchard, I'd rather Paulo, he has far more potential also.

Overall happy with the side. It looks far more balanced and imposing with Huey locking the scrum.

Pretty sure you'll find cooper is in doubt for this one.

I will just add that Elliott has had not a lot of choices in side selection.Windsor had 60 points scored against them on the weekend and are at the bottom of the table. There clearly is no one pushing for first grade from that team.Woolnough has not been that good in his limited chances.I hope he mixes up waterhouse prichard and lewis and does not run them all at once.At least one of them has to come of the bench to give us some sort of impact
Pritchard offers the most damage of the 3 coming off the bench.
