Good scrambling defence on our left edge shuts down a strong run.

Penrith centre the ball for a few tackles to little effect before spreading it to their left. I thought they had numbers but they run it instead of passing and we pull them up short.

The Panthers kick it too deep on the last and we defuse it for a 20m restart.

Great set of defence.

Tangira does well to catch the marker not straight and draw a penalty.

Ualesi makes a good run, dragging four defenders to the sticks.

Parra attack down their right-edge with Folau who is well marked but gets an offload away.

We then go down the left via Tangira and gets an inside ball away to his winger to centre the ball.

Gorman rolls in a fiendish grubber on the last with a wicked bounce and we trap Penrith ingoals for a drop out.

Brassington nearly slices through after a good offload but is just pulled down!

There is some nospam29 as we waste a few tackles from dummy half. Gorman is under pressure on the last and gets an awkward grubber away and somehow we get a penalty for Gorman getting taken out/hit late.

Folau goes close now as he pulled down just short b y some good defence!

Perhaps we squander a chance as we go the right (with a stacked left edge) but Brassington at least puts in a measured grubber to earn another repeat set.

Folau makes a good carry on the right edge, he might have his opposing centre's number.

Parra come left but we don't have much doing to be honest.

Gorman ends up with the ball centrefield on the last and he threads in another grubber. Penrith are in a better position to take it this time but they spill it ingoals!

Gorman backs himself with a risky cut out ball that bounces in front of Lavaka, who picks it up superbly...however the ref calls it backs as the pass traveled forwards.

Penrith get a scrum in our red zone after Lavaka and Makelim both stare at the bouncing ball from the Penrith kick and eventually Lavaka knocks it on with massive pressure from the Penrith chasers! :?

From the scrum they attack down our left edge and find an overlap somehow to put their winger over in the corner.
