Not making excuses. He's clearly one of the more intelligent posters on this forum even if I don't always agree with him and clearly many others don't as well. Why does that make him a cancer?

Agreed, he is not stupid! Anyone who juggles as many balls as he does and only rarely contradicts himself certainly isn't dumb. Frustrating is probably more the word I would use, mainly because he continues to argue when he really doesn't need to.

I think the cancer of this forum is the Parramatta Eels form.........if we were mildly successful, this place would be a lot nicer and a lot less fighting would go on.

I still enjoy reading this everyday, even if I don't agree with certain people etc. it's all part of the fun!

Brian Smith. Hayne will have a heart attack and Hindmash and Burt will come out of retirement.

I doubt Hayne would really have too much against Brian Smith. He was 17 when Taylor gave him a run in first grade and its a big call to give someone who is 17 a run. I think BS had come to the end of his time at Parra, knew he was already gone at years end and wasnt really interested in blooding new kids.

It mentions Kearney is a gentleman and one of the most decent people in the game. That's what makes this situation difficult. By all accounts he is a really top bloke but we need results. I feel sorry for him.

This is an important issue. I dont think anyone would want to see Kearney shafted because he does seem like a good guy. I think he will get a run back at the Storm though if it goes pear shape here.

Rothfields comment under the one Gronk posted again reinforced Kearney is gone and indicated that ricky will have a much bigger junior nursery out at Parra than he did at the sharks and roosters

The thing that has been missed here is Rothfield recently started writing columns on the Clubs website, which I have found a little bizarre. Given this you would think that he has some sort of inside information on this.

Which coincides with the origin finishing if the rumours are right about the board being in love with Stuart.

You would think that if we cannot beat both the Panthers and Newcastle at home over the next two games then it will be curtains for Kearney. Given that Penrith will be fired up after being pumped by the Titans and we will play Newcastle with no Hayne Plane it will be an interesting couple of weeks.

Honestly the only coach I think hayne would 1. Respond to and 2. Resign to play more footy under is kicky Stuart, Ricky has always by reports kept in contact and supported hayne in terms of origin. He's never said he doesn't deserve to be picked in fact he's said he is the type of player who should play origin.

Ricky would get the best out of the young guys and could even help sandow.


I wouldn't be opposed to him taking the coaching reigns if need be
