I see Bulldogs losing tomorrow night. Storm losing to Roosters leaving us 4th on F/A. Hopefully in that case we play Manly on the Sunday so both teams get the proper time to prepare. They have a trip from NQ and we have a Sunday night game. To play 1 v 4 on the Friday night in that case is just crazy.

Yeah I have considers what the NRL will do re: Penrith first finals game. The top 4 should be given the most consideration in terms of rest and if the Panthers finish in the four then their game should be Sunday. Hopefully you don’t end up against souths though because they will be Friday regardless of who they play.

So to add to injury concerns. Kingston did his knee and is gone for the year. Latimore copped two weeks for his crusher tackle that wasn't even worth a penalty.

So we will be missing 10 players who have played first grade this year unless Segeyaro plays, which seems unlikely:

So if there's no Segeyaro, we will be on our 5th choice half to partner Soward and our 3rd choice hooker. On top of missing our best front rower this season (Latimore) and our 3 best second rowers. While facing the competition leaders. Our F/A could take a massive hit this week. If Sea Eagles are fair dinkum, they will put in a big win. That's the minor premiership right there.

I still expect Penrith to put up a fight, and play with the pride of performance they have all year... but agree, Manly might smell blood...

I want to cling onto fourth spot. Cant see much chance of a win this w.e so as long as those two teams win we hang on for another week. After that we have to beat the warriors.

After that we should have Simmons, Latimore and Seg back which is pretty much all we have to look forward to. It will get us to competitive at least in the finals.
