Why do you bother saying things like that.
Any investment that gives opportunities to people from third-world countries, Rugby League or not should be applauded, we should applaud it even more because of the players it may generate.
He’s bagging Aussie clubs not doing enough to develop their own juniors

that’s a what his pommie club is failing to do too

png isn’t in hull

Could move the Robins to Port moresby, better than having 2 hulls

Once again Perth Red shows zero idea about much.

Of course an NRL club isn't going to care about an u6's player. It is a waste of resources
So stop claiming that the clubs are spending millions on grassroots. It’s nonsense.

he’s an idiot

In most cases the real young kids are covered, Either through Govt excercise rebates or sponsors.

Those kids who are just playing for fun are covered. Those who want it as a career then are in contact with a club.

The one thing RL does well is produce talent, Sure it can be improved

He’s just looking for a further field to continue his endless whinge. Once he loses this battle he’ll just go trolling for something else. As for kids registration costs. How about football in Sydney? What a rip off.

he wants the nrl to spends tens of millions to generate Auskick Type participants

if he cared about juniors he would support the 3 expansion clubs who will promote juniors ie easts tigers christchurch and png

and not support the place that won’t produce many juniors

it’s elite pathways and is focused on a very tiny % of young players.
grassroots is all age age groups of amateur players outside of nrl pathways. The two exist for very different purposes and are very different things.

nrl clubs responsible for elite pathways, LC spend on grassroots and elite pathways to very variable amounts,
arlc responsible and spends on grassroots.

To say it’s ok arlc is spending less on grassroots as nrl clubs are spending more on elite pathways is total nonsense.

.

Ever since the news Corp shackles were busted off the nrl the game had been able to grow. The financial constraints which kept the nrl stagnated for a decade or more was a travesty to this great game. The money being generated has finally come closer to what this game deserves.

Now that young men can see how much money they will be able to make playing this game there will never be a shortage of players moving forward. And the best athletes will gravitate towards the game now as well.
