I’m about 20 years in and it’s gotten a lot better - the fact that we went through a period of just saying bugger it and not showing up to anything sent a message.

Nailed her. As I said 30 years and it is no exaggeration that I have never heard her have a good word about anyone or anything, but is front and centre for criticism, gossip and backstabbing.
