Agreed.

Look foward to see either Michael Klinger, David Hussey or Usman Khawaja batting at 4 against the Lankans

WTF? If you agree then why do you look forward to something happening that goes against what you agreed with?

Hughes will bat somewhere in the top 4 in Hobart.

Can bunniesman and his blatant trolling f**k off and die? You've ruined the nrl forum and you've attempted the same everywhere else. Only a troll or the mentally disabled constantly post about the same thing over and over like you're doing with this Phil Hughes bullshit at every opportunity.

Do us all a favour and walk into the ocean at coffs and keep walking until you float back as a bloated unloved corpse.

Please Twizzle. Sit down before you break a hip

We all know that the stage is now set for George Bailey to take over the Test captaincy

No way.

I heard the selectors talking about it.

Rob Quiney and George Bailey are the 2 players being considered for the Sri Lankan series.

Hughes out for 74 off 48. When it rains it pours. The biggest talent in Australian domestic cricket is scoring runs in every form of the game. He is a genuine chance to play all 3 forms of the game for Australia by the end of the summer. Who would have picked that even 3 months ago.

Was a good dig but if anyone is breaking into the One Day side it's Aaron Finch. He's in amazing nick in limited overs cricket at the moment.

So with Hughes back in the test side, I ask the original question

When do we drop him now?

If he fails during the SL series? Do we give him the SL series and the Indian series?

We have seen that great form in our Shield competition does not necessarily translate in test cricket eg Punter
No excuses for Hughes though against a popgun attack of SL, and no bouncing decks in India, am expecting him to take this by the throat and reall kill it. We need some stability at no3, and hopefuly he can bring it for years to come. He needs to be at the top of his game for the ashes series
