I am sick of Lleyton Hewitt's garbage. His behaviour on-court is disgusting and rude. When he cheers an opponents mistake, that is damn wrong. He should get a code violation for that.
When he loses, he is also an asshole in press conferences. At least, Federer will sort him out.
Molik has also taken up a bigshot attitude since she has started winning matches. She is not even in the top ten, yet seems to think she is better than Steffi Graf.
Once again, the classiest lady on tour, Lindsay Davenport, will sort her out.

I thought her win against Venus Williams in the 4th round of the Australian Open has indeed given Alicia Molik a top 10 ranking (if not yet, after this tournament) :? Well, that's what I heard on the news this morning, unless I misunderstood, which could very well be the case.

If Molik loses her next match, and Schnyder wins the tournament by defeating Dechy, Davenport and Sharapova Schnyder will clinch the 10th spot just. But if she defeats Serena in the final she'll finish just short. Schynder also can't have any walkovers, so if any of those 3 pull out before a ball is hit, Molik will remain 10th.

She might have won the match. It was a poor decision but gracefully accepted by Alicia. Even in the post match press conference she showed her quality and grace in defeat. Good on her. At 6-5 Molik in the 3rd I thought Lindsay did very well to hold serve to love and not let Alicia into that game at all. It sort of took the crowd out of the match momentarily. Alicia will only benefit further from this summer.

As for Lleyton well you eiother like or loathe him. Personally I like him because his on court antics aren't aimed at being offensive to anyone even though people say they are. It is his way of staying focussed and he thinks he needs it. It's not a deliberate lack of respect in any way shape or form. Spitting at an opponent is but somehow people laid the blame at that on Lleyton too. What about Sharapova making those noises during her matches and her constant clenched fist after every point she wins that is her way of focus. Everyone is different I guess.

Molik did Australia proud today against the No 1 player in the world. She was terrific and some dubious line calls cost her big time.

How anyone cannot admire what Hewitt has done for Australian tennis... I cannot believe it. He always plays Davis Cup for his nation whenever he can and has produced some magical performances for Australia. He showed enormous guts, determination and will on Monday... epitomised everything we could want from an Australian... He has made silly comments in the past... what 19 year old hasn't? But he was an Australian to be proud of on Monday night.
