Whoever funds PNG, it may still not be enough. A PNG team is a higher risk than a Perth franchise.

I don't think the NRL is really busting a gut to get a new stadium in regional QLD that will only have 6 or 8 games per season.

The QLD state government is going to run screaming from any funding for that.

No, but federal funding for NSW upgrades…or even just extra by way of grants / sponsorship.

Well.. you would have to think stadiums ( in Aust) and money for coe’s and junior academies … $200 mil spread out over 10 years isnt enough in my view
