Townsville is centrally located in NQ and has the best stadium in regional Australia.

The Cowboys are the most well supported team in PNG, that would be like playing Roosters v Souths to Mudgee every year.

Unless of course as we all know, the PNG is really just a token thing, and a back-door way to get a new Australian based team funded by the government.

The Feds won't support that, NQ won't support that, and neither with PNG.
