Except the ad was posted to hire 4 new talent coaches/scouts to work in various other regions.

So it would be more than Port Moresby although that is where most of the action will be from
4? So how many kids would that his reach? You'd get more reach having 4 in Perth.

They are following the Penrith model. We only have 2 guys that do Penrith, Dubbo, Forbes and Bathurst.

We get the coaches to come to Penrith then teach them. They go home and then the Penrith coaches come and run the 6 week program with only the top kids.

PNG is being done the same. Those 4 extra will teach the schools how to teach the kids ( then the development coach for that area ) will run the elite program with the top kids in the region.

WA would do similar in their regions you'd think when they come in and sort of do now

I spoke to a Sunshine Coast DO many years ago who adopted a similar model mainly due to lack of funding. It’s a tried and true model.

It isn't always funding too but it helps cover a distance, Not everyone can get to the big cities for these sort of elite programs.

Same too here, I doubt someone from a little village in Rural PNG can afford the trip to Port Morseby.

So take the program to them

A lot easier to get to those towns from Penrith than Port M to these other cut off areas. The infrastructure of a modern country is also in place compared to a third world country, Junior leagues are already in place, coaches already there.
It would be a good start though for a club to come in eventually but much easier and faster to get kids coming though in Perth.

You mock? How much do you think it would cost to build a national hiway system for an entire country full of mountains??
I'd say: billions, possibly a trillion.
Actually think.
Apropos the mocking bit, Canard has accused me of being an Alt account. Ergo I mocked him.

You're clearly an alt.
If you say so. I’m an alt then. Don’t even know what one is specifically. I assume it means somebody’s secondary account. If that’s the case let me know specifically whose second account i am and how you know this. I’ve been posting on sports forums for decades going back to the old World of Rugby League days. I find you to be an exceptionally rude poster by the way. That’s fine by me as I’m just here for fun and I really do like stirring people like you up. It’s not difficult. Fun days ahead.
