Lisa Kekuala from the BellRays is quite possibly my fav all time female vocalist and she doesn't get anywhere near the amount of props than most singers that havee been mentioned.

Most people might be familiar with that Basement Jaxx track "Good Luck". Anyway, the woman doing the vocals on that is Lisa Kekuala. I've had the pleasure of seeing her twice with the bellrays and she's amazing. Think a young Tina Turner leading the MC5 or the Stooges. Just this big, black, charistamtic soul mumma with a big f**k off afro and an even bigger attitude fronting a bunch of white boys (shes married to the bass player) who themselves are phenomenal players in their own right!

Those ones except Amy Lee i don't like either but they have pretty amazing voices. Saw Evanescence a few months back and Amy Lee was spot on
right from the first note, her voice is unbelievable.

She's definately an entertainer, not a huge fan of her voice though.. SHe knows how to stir sh*te though which is always good.

She's lost her "puppy fat" but the thing that gets me about her and the thing that makes her attractive is that she's very "womanly". Not skin and bones like Amy Winehouse. Has nice curves and photographs well, too.
