The storm will be right at the top again and heading for our 5th straight GF.

Maybe but The Storm are in great shape for the future. I can see them being like the broncos and making the finals for the next 10 years. They have an awesome 20s side plus the likes of slater, smith, inglis and cronk are still young.

1. sea eagles - probably could have won the whole thing this year without disruptions and injuries to key players

2. saints - will be pumped after a dismal exit this year

3. storm - fantastic team who will be there or there abouts again - bellemy must be an awesome coach

4. parra - a young team on the rise that will have several seasons of success

5. dogs - my worry is kimmorley is a year older

6. brisbane - a young coach with some good young talent had a good first year

7. titans - over achieved with there roster this year

8. souths - great pack for 09 and if lang can get them going look out

9. cowboys - if bowen/thurston/payne fit all year they may go higher

10. knights

11. panthers

12. canberra

13. tigers

14. warriors

15. sharks

16. roosters

I like all these people picking Parra to miss the 8.
they are in the GF and adding Poore, Shackleton and Tahu so they are going to go backwards are they?

you mean these 3 whole people from 5 pages? one who was clearly having a lend and one who is a gibberer? precious much.

I can't believe how many people think they will be minor premiers all of a sudden.

Not as good as:

8. Shillington
9. Waddell
10. Tilse
11. Learoyd-Lahrs
12. Harrison
13. Tongue

Now THAT is an awesome forward pack.

It's a good pack, but no-where near Souths.

Souths wont make the finals though.

Raiders will do better.

If the rumours are true and the Tigers have signed Lima and Cayless:

8. Galloway
9. Farah
10. Lima
11. Ellis
12. Heighington
13. Fulton

With some pretty handy depth too icluding Gibbs, Payten, Cayless, Moors, Schirnack, Gower, Mataka, Flanagan plus the under 20's boys who have been killing it this year like Fifita (x2), Schirnack, Woods, Dwyer, Hyland.

Would I be right in saying we would actually have a 'feared' forward pack for the first time since ... well... ever? (Maybe 2000, we had some good forwards then)

Yeah its just too hard to pick at this stage. Nobody thought the Dragons would be minor premiers this time last year. Who would of thought the 2008 spooners would play a preliminary final? And im pretty sure the Sharks were third in the betting odds before the season started.

Anything can happen in the NRL.
