The last time the Knights hosted a final was in week 2 2006 when they were beaten 50-6 by the Broncos, who were on their way to their last title, despite losing to the Dragons in week 1. In those times, it was "home state" in week 2 so it was at the SFS.

When we were flogging the Dragons in rnd 20 last year it became obvious to me that we were the best team in the comp and I said as such in the gameday thread:



But as of right now it's still the pre season so anything can happen; especially injuries. So I'm happy to tip against us and fly under the radar until the run in to the finals. Only then will we have an idea of who the team to beat is.

I don't have to blindly tip us every week. I'll leave that to the mongs like you.

But I actually think the Tigers will be the bolter Into the 8 this year. There’s always at least one and they’ve got a great pack of forwards now combined with a settled spine and backline - especially with the band back together aka Marshall and Farah.
