A ton of guys being told to look for new clubs if they can find them as they are not required for 2014. this includes Palavi, Vete, Bhana. Paasi signing with Roosters it seems and Papalii confirmed gone also to Roosters. Mateo good chance gone also with management looking to shift him. Bukuya may be heading back to Sydney. Almost all the reserve forwards.

Wouldn't mind most of those people leaving except Papalii, who looks like he has massive potential. Anyway, where is this chatter all from? Been hearing talk about Matai for ages with nothing happening, chatter like this seems to be rubbish most of the time.

I can believe the Warriors will want to off load players - Mateo, Neilsen as well as some of the young Warriors but still need some depth.

Matai maybe but not Watmough - though Parra were close to getting him. A lot will depend on off loading Mateo and Neilsen to off load some cash for salary cap

Manu Vatuvei will play prop 2015 - he's had one of his best seasons this year on the wing. I don't really see the value in this as long as he's performing on the wing like he is right now.

I call rubbish on that Watmough stuff too. That cash needs to be stored for an (actual) NRL-level prop, not a past his best 2nd rower of which we have plenty of talent in that position already.

Hmm, not sold on Matai - great in the Manly backline, could he replicate that in ours? Too injury-prone for my liking. No from me. Hurrell and Laumape are our future.

Watmough - would take him without question. A relentless competitor and would add some smart, controlled aggression to our pack.

J Hoffman - a competitor for sure, but where does that leave Tomkins? Hoffman to the wing? I'd like to see SJ move to 6 with an organising 7, and Tomkins at 1.

Vatuvei to prop/interchange is fine IMO, an off-season training in the role with the guidance of Wiki will see him right.

SL recruits? Will wait until names are named.

My thoughts exactly. Only player worse to get would be Bird...f**k I hate that guy.

Manu has stated that he wouldn't mind a shift to the forwards some day. I can see it happening at some stage, but not just yet. He is in terrific form, and I cannot see him playing anywhere near as well in the forwards right now. In a year or two, then we can have Fusitua on one wing and the Fish on the other .
