Definitely Inglis to fullback, drop Slater to 18th man, and maybe even, dare I say it, mix up our halves pairing. Cronk and Thurston are really struggling, at the moment.
"Queenslanders don't drop players after one bad performance. We stick by our players. We're loyal to them unlike NSW... etc etc".
ATM? Being after one f**king game, really? Why don't you hop off down to tweed with that attitude.

This.
Surely this is a troll thread?
Who exactly is it that we're dropping out of the squad? Inglis, Slater and Cherry Evans all stay in the squad. JT and Cronk aren't going anywhere, they'll be benched at most.
drop Slater to 18th man
You can word it however you want, but going from starting fullback to 18th man is dropped.
McQueen over Gillett.Harrison wasn't bad although Parker is clearly better. We also need Hannant back purely for some extra size. I would be very hesitant to f**k with Slater's role in the team, and Thurston's bad night can be laid at the feet of the coaching staff IMO - he clearly has AIDS or the plague right now. With a player like DCE in the wings there's not a lot of danger in not picking a key man who's not 100% right to go.
With that in mind, barring injuries my team would be
1. Slater
2. Boyd
3. Inglis
4. Hodges
5. Tate
6. Thurston
7. Cronk/DCE
8. Scott
9. Smith
10. Shillington
11. Thaiday
12. Myles
13. Parker
14. Hannant
15. McQueen
16. Papalii
17. Te'o
Forward pack needs some work, but apart from Big Papi, I don't think there's anyone else you could pick.
