Question about Matt Dufty

I think dufty at 87 now no? And I think 90 would be perfect playing weight for dufty
Also billy slayer was 1 cm shorter than dufty and played at 87-89 so I don’t think size is everything but yes dufty has to put on a bit of muscle for some reasons our lower grade don’t...Lawrie for a prop is too small field dufty quite small Ford a bit on the lighter side

and Mary’s very light on for tactical nouse

Duff was our leading try scorer last year.

Periera was this year, until he got mysteriously dropped.

Mann and Nightingale where leading try scorers and then changed positions or moved to the bench as impact players/forwards.

Not high on Mary's to do list. Stopping them isn't either. I would love to know what stat he holds in the highest regard. My guess would be ball handling errors, hence our teams game plan week in week out.

I saw that footy show. I found it interesting when Vaughan was asked about the fullback role next year he spoke about Saab. Sounds to me like this will be tested in the off-season

I don't see Saab as a fullback. I see him as an out and out winger. To my knowledge he played wing throughout he juniors, or at least the last few years, which is quite uncommon. I think most wingers would have played 5/8, centre or fullback as juniors and then been moved to the wing very late in their junior rep career's.

Wait till this kid puts on another 10-20kg - and he will with training.

Dufty extended his contract until the end of 2021.

It looks like he is on the outer but I doubt the club would admit it.

I'd be surprised if he wasn't linked to a Super League club but will see what happens

Dugan has gone and Dufty and Marsters are leaving and we will have no fullback. They should just fast track Cody Ramsay as he looks better than them all being a junior rep player like the incoming James Schiller from Young. Then they should buy two
decent centres, a winger and a prop. Sailor who is a dwarf should be only reserve half/five-eighth as he is not sturdy enough. The Club's pathways, retention and recruitment is diabolical.
