fox would go bust if they didn’t have nrl, how are they going to say no to us? Sad thing about nrl is we don’t understand how powerful we are, we hold the cards as we have the most watched sport on australian tv. That’s two tv deals in a row now where tv has dictated to the point we’ve sacked a ceo they didNt like because they were aiming for the best for the game, and publicly embarrassed the game. And we reward it. Like a petulant child we keep rewarding this bad behaviour So no wonder it continues. I had hoped this big balls chairman everyone is fawning over would maybe have the Coohoonas to say no more, but instead he has capitulated like the rest, less money, no wins for the game, extension with no competitive tension, undisclosed deals for first time in games history. But hey he makes decisions right?
the guys was getting sacked no matter what
Pre season PVL and Abdo went to states to meet with media , he didn’t take Greenberg
when corona hit , PVL did all the talking not Greenberg
there was talk he was getting chop well before corna hit , if anything it was the clubs that got rid of him as they were complaining he wasn’t calling them , trying to short change on money and bypassing him and going staring to PVL. To get game back up with project Apollo he had Pearce front it not the CEO
if you think he is doing cost cutting and the like because “his media masters” have asked for it your dilutional. Greenberg was spending like an idiot which was evident with the “job’ given to Inglis with his retirement . Please tell me what has Inglis done to earn the cushy paycheque
but yeh keep peddling your agenda against PVL just because he said no to a Perth team
‘it’s sad
