I think we showed good signs in the 2nd half. I have said all year I want to see the same core team for a month together. Then can judge better

Hook is ok at bashing shit teams. We have 4 shit teams to come so we will be fine and with no other injuries will go well in finals

Luai tackled in the air no penalty. Next tackle Crichton drops it.

Leota had Nikorima pushing him down. Ruled lost ball. Should of been.

On a kick chase Luai falls off a player. Hetherington falls on him called a flop.

Maloney pinged for a shoulder charge when he is charging down a kick.

That was all before it was 20-0. Don't get me wrong we played bad but calls like that didn't help us get the momentum back

Some of those were shockers but the Maloney one was the correct decision.

Franklin, they scored 50 points against us when we all (including you) thought we would towel them up. It's exactly as bad as most think as it is. It's also 4 losses out of our last 5.

Copping 50 points last night was definitely a negative but to be fair to the team I think most other squads in the NRL would have gone on a similar run to ours if they had the same disruptions to the starting team as we have.

I think the preparation needs more scruitiny. Instagram posts of the boys at timezone is fun and all but we played like a team that had been lounging on the beach all week.

No one else makes the 8. Cows had it similar last year and made it in on Bulldogs beating Dragons in the last round.

I'm more thinking Cleary takes control for 100% of the game(reason we looked good in the second half was his vision), May doesn't throw the interceptions.
