i understand he’s coming back from multiple long term injuries, but for an inexperienced player, he sure does lack some leadership. Hopefully that aspect of his game improves too.

Because my recall of games viewed also supports that Hands would have a better "most points scored for/least points scored against per minute on field" figure than our pensioner hooker does.

And I'm not the one trying to claim that he should be back in the team playing more minutes than Hands...

My observations:

* Gutherson and RCG were fantastic out there. Best on the field.
* Brown had more involvement but he needs to do more than that step off the left foot. Reminds me of Neil Hunt.
* Lane and Matterson are so important to our side. I think Hopgood has been poor and has too many errors in his game especially in defence.
* I'd give Dunster and Russell another week but I think Russell is the better winger with Simonsson potentially gaining a centre spot.
* Hands has great service from the scrumbase. He is doing very well.
* Sivo is still lazy and for a man his size, he should be making 150m minimum each week.
* Without Moses we lose so much. His kicking game is sublime.
* Cartwright is having a second coming. Easily our most improved player.
* We do need something flashy out wide and another prop or 5. I'd be moving on nearly every prop from our squad except our starting props.

* f**k I enjoyed Mahoney getting smashed out there. You can tell there is plenty of the boys that can't cop him and in his presser he did look a little salty. f**k you, you f**king little turncoat!
