Yeah the most interesting thing will be to see what happens with recruitment / retention. Wayne's not very sentimental, people like Sutton should be worried. He likes his own entourage ,too, so I assume there will be some restaffing. As I remember he cleaned out the staff when he went to Newcastle. It will be interesting to see how much control Richo gives him.

I think Wayne will be given final say control of recruitment/retention. I think that’s a good thing, what we need is a person not making emotional football decisions. Plus Wayne making a call like cutting Sutto or AJ let’s Richo and Crowe walk away clean.

AJ to Raiders is very a rumour out there.

I would be a bit sad if he left as he’s a good winger and finisher with pace and of course a Souths junior.

However I think he’s a patchy fullback who isn’t gonna take us to a Grand Final.

I also believe he wants to keep playing fullback which is the kicker.

I believe we have better wingers in Gagai and Jennings over AJ. Thing is though with our lack of depth at centre Gagai is most likely to stay at right centre which is where Gags wishes to play.

Wighton is to play 5.8 so this may be why AJ will go to play FB but in saying that the raiders used that kiwi they bought from dogs for the last 6 games and who i thought played better than AJ.
We are going to use Allen at FB AJ knows he is going back to the wing so that may be the logic behind this move,jennings has deputised well at wing and is cheaper
