Pretty much. Who ever called the concert will know which 2 players got to act. One of the 2 created the headline. I can see no possible way it is a town power as it is completely pointless for a townie.

It doesnt clear JM either, if I were mafia & had that power I would be inclined to use it in an attempt to clear one of my own given that most people would see through it as a useful lynch attempt tool.
