I'd still have Abyss, Hernandez, and Undertaker above him. Morgan too, if he was actually given a chance to work singles matches. Far more athletic.

I mean, Cena carries big guys to great matches all of the time. I'm pretty sure he could have worked a good matches with Giant Gonzalez.

Being athletic doesn't make you a better wrestler.

If you like athletic wrestlers that's fine with me, but I'd take the Show over Kane, Abyss, Morgan and Hernandez.

I've seen a fair bit of Morgan and Kane, none of whom ever impressed me as much as Show, especially when Show was ECW champ and finally got the reign he deserved.

Abyss I've only seen him since coming back from the mental asylum and he's been down right ordinary. No psychology, nothing. Maybe I should hunt down his previous work?

Hernandez again I've seen very little of. Since going into the singles he hasn't really impressed me at all. Then again, he hasn't been given the oppurtunity.

But yes, I'm convinced you're more into athleticism in professional wrestling instead of story telling, selling, offence and so on?

You can be athletic and be able to wrestle a match well. Hell, The Giant used to do it all the time when he was in his prime.

His early, more hardcore stuff with guys like Sabu, Jeff Hardy, Rhino, and Raven are very good.

But yes, I'm convinced you're more into athleticism in professional wrestling instead of story telling, selling, offence and so on?

Did I say that? Are we talking about professional wrestling or big guys? For one, I'd find Morgan's offence more innovative and intimidating Big Show's.

In a big worker, I find athleticism impressive because so many of them are slow, plodding guys. It makes for a more intimidating big guy. That's one of the main reasons why Lesnar was so convincing as a monster - he was big, but he was also quick enough and agile enough to do things that were something more than chops, chokeslams, leg drops, and a finishing move.

A pump kick delivered at speed by a big guy = one of the most devestating looking moves in professional wrestling. Ditto a spear. Batista and Goldberg do it well because they're bigger guys and you believe that impact would really f**k somebody up.

Obviously story-telling and selling and offence are important - but being able to do all of those things doesn't mean a great deal if your offence looks sloppy and you struggle to work a match longer than five minutes if it doesn't have rest breaks inserted into it.

I am a huge Big Show fan, but that's because of his charisma and his character. It's not often I find myself eagerly anticipating a Big Show match.

I don't really anticipate Morgan or Hernandez or Kane matches, either, but they at least manage a decent pace usually.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on the last point.

Neither of the last three have that aura about them that Show has. I hope somebody gets there though since the Show must be close to hanging the boots up again.

Anyone get the feeling Austin will be involved in Hart/McMahon. He has too much history with both of them for them to not have him involved.

something like that, he always does something at mania, the only times he's missed mania since his retirement are WM22 and WM24.

Hernandez has been doing the pounce? I haven't noticed much of it. Nobody does it like Monty Brown/Marcus Cor Van could.

He has, but it's more of a shoulder block. It looks brutal, but I have to say I still prefer Cor Von's delivery.

Having said that, I still openly admit to being a massive Super Mex fan.

Kofi' still paying for his botched spot in that triple treat, I see? He's basically been a non-entity since then, and now it looks like he's not going to be at Mania.

Hey Mis, what botched Spot was it and when?

Have seen f**k all of him lately.

In January there was a triple threat Number 1 contenders match for Sheamus' title at RR. Orton vs Cena vs Kingston, at the end, Legacy interferred, Rhodes took out Cena outside the ring, then distracted the ref so DiBiase could take out Kofi. He knocked Kofi off the ropes, and it became clear that Orton was supposed to win with the punt, but before Randy could Punt him Kofi started getting up. Randy knocked him down again, but Kofi got up again, so Orton RKO'd him instead, pinned him, and got up genuinely looking incredibly pissed off.
