Ray Price tells Timana Tahu to stop sulking

Price was a legend for Parramatta, no argument.

But every time he opens his mouth now he embarrasses himself, and Parramatta.

As a board member he should know better, and if he doesn't know better he shouldn't be on the board.

I'd love to see him front Tahu face to face away from the cameras and try the same line......

Oncea - alwaysa......Price was a great great player, one of the best and most passionate EVER. Those qualifications do not excuse him from being an AIR HEAD....

I applaud Timana for his stance on racism, but ffs - Price is not wrong. Tahu let down his Parra teammates big time.

I mean, I agree that sometimes Pricey has come out and said silly things. But I honestly agree with him 100% on this - Timana's brain explosion screwed the team over.

I understand he's upset and I back him with the brave stance he's taken against racism in the sport.

But crucifying Pricey for telling the truth...I saw the post-match interview, too, and someone else mentioned it - Hindy looked pretty pissed off. And when the question came up about how Timana's going off affected us, Hindy tensed up, showing that it hit a nerve with him (IMO; I could be completely wrong on that one, but it makes sense - the guy who IS the Parramatta Eels being pissed off because a teammate decides to leave the team in a hole? Makes sense to me!).

Ray is simply saying what everyone else is thinking, but he is willing to say it. He plays it tough and pulls no punches. More of that attitude instead of all this 'political correctness'.

Pricey knows how to get to the core of the matter. I love the man and everything he stands for.....

You do realise you are talking about Parramatta's greatest and toughest ever player?? Pretty sure he wouldn't be scared to say something like that to Tahu.

Might have been a great, certainly not the toughest. Probably the biggest goose though.
