I don't have to show you a case. Legislation demands it. Whether you think it's right or not, violence against women is viewed as a more heinous crime. Ask any magistrate. I have seen the penalties handed down to offenders of assault and batttery of a woman. They are harsher. Go and sit in your local magistrates court for just one day and you will find your answer.

No it's not. If you use that argument you're also saying women should not be allowed to be police, security, etc.

They are just as capable as men.

My oldest daughter wants to join the army and she'd love to be right on the front line, not just in a support role. Unfortunately currently she can't be involved in direct combat because people like yourself are convinced women are incapable and weak. Hopefully in the next few years that will change.

* There isn't one. There are literally thousands. If you had any shred of knowledge of the legal system you would know this. But you don't, so you won't.

I never said that. I said people who think women are weaker and less skillful than men are holding women back from combat positions in the army and very high-level positions in business. What's the reason they give for not giving women CEO positions or paying them less? They're not as tough as men, they can't handle it as well. Well you're saying exacty the same thing.
