Fo shizzle. Merkins need to realise that gameplans rely on if-then logic. When the conditions (or the opposition) prevent the 'if' from occurring you won't see the 'then' component. Or you'll see it, but it'll look shithouse, like shifting the ball into aggressive edge defence.

'Using the ball' only works well when the defence is on the back foot, or at least not moving up quickly.

Or you play straight and direct with potency. But you need more then just to worn out palookas to do that effectively every freakin week.

Yeah it was sweet and a great night.

Got home at 2:30am was able to sober up getting the metro from Wynyard back to the hills.

A box we had was shared with this souths fan who paid 30k to be a corporate sponsor of Cody Walker for the match. He wasn't apart of our group.

But he was waffling on before the game how Latrell and Cody will tear us to shreds. It's indigenous round and Souths have the best indigenous culture in the game.

The bloke left with 10 mins to go. Even though the bar fridge was still getting topped up.
That would’ve been around the time Kung Fu Choady appeared. The corporate sponsor missed out on what he paid for

It was a 2 point game when Hands came on, 18 nil afterwards. I’m not saying it was all him but our attack does look must crisper when he’s at dummy half. I really think it’s time to limit Hodgos mins and give Hands more game time. Hodgson’s service is diabolical.
It was Hodgson’s effort to pressure Ilias that led to the kick out on full that changed the momentum. That’s stuff that Hands isn’t doing. I agree that I think Hodgson is playing a little bit too long at the moment but he’s certainly not playing as poorly as he did a month back

His service is still poor but at least the last few weeks he hasn’t been a total turn style. Yay!! Still needs to be moved on.

I don’t think the points scored with Hodgo vs Hands tells a true story necessarily.

Hands ability to prove speed and impact is largely due to the fact he is coming on fresh against opposition players who are tiring.

I don’t think you up Hands game time by a further 20mins and we automatically are scoring more points in line with it. It doesn’t extrapolate that way (imo)

I never said it would, but his service is much slicker and the attack flows much better. He should be at least playing 40-5 mins IMO because he will only continue to get better.

Like an idiot who still just does not get it. I was raging at the TV when I heard Potato Head wanting to keep burning his best 2 forwards. He also said it has never hurt us in the past.

Hahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahaha....

What planet is the Potato Head on, Spudoplia?
It’s crazy how he’s now a 10-year NRL coach and you’re still cleaning the toilets in mental hospitals. If only you had gotten your nephew’s under 12s team into the semis ffs! Things could’ve turned out so different.

Isn't he already one of the fittest at the club? He just needs to get NRL game fit.

Well, I had a TIA (mini-stroke) at work on Thusday afternoon. Ended up in hospital. Still here. Pondering the future, etc. But watched that game last night, and it really cheered me up. What a f#cking amazing performance! One of the best Eels wins I've ever seen. I really thought Souths would put 50 on us. So proud of that team. The bloke in the bed next to me was a Souths supporter, too. Lol.
Love you bro

I like it. The toilet is where I watch all our games too. Don't need to move much when it's time to shit my pants or throw up.

I chase the sick after the collision.

Latrell is a very good player - when he wants to be .... but boy he is a lazy prick, which just isnt good for a fullback these days.

Watching the replay. There are sooo many times he could have made an effort but just never bothered ..... very hayne like
He’s definitely not an endurance athlete.
