As if losing isn't bad enough we have to do it by 30 points to stuff up our for and against and allow the storm to swap places with us.

Having finally won something there's no way Hayne is going to stick around this hole wasting the rest of his career fighting to avoid the wooden spoon.

Parra aren't going to be the worst team in the league for the next 3-4 years like the last 3-4. They have got some quality coming through and done some good recruiting like Peats, Ma'u, Hoppa, Paulo, Edwards etc. Much better placed then the past half a decade.

Though that said there is still a big difference between them and the real top teams.

Shows the difference in quality teams.

The usual top teams like Manly, Storm, Rabbitohs, Dogs, Roosters all in a different league when healthy.

Storm were outside the 8 before full time of this game and everyone knew they were a far superior team. Same result for the above when healthy.

Keep it up Parra and keep building. Over the next few years if they can keep the bulk together they should become a genuine threat.

The worst thing about this game is that Melbourne have been SO soft on the fringes. They were GIVEN so much possession inside our twenty off the back of both poor plays and the blatant incompetence of the referees. If we had similar possession and a referee without his head stuck in Cameron Smith's crotch we would have been further in this game.

Tonga look over your shoulder, Ryan Morgan is coming my friend. And two games in a row he has outplayed you.And is on the books for next year.I think Morgan has jumped him in pecking order.

Some days everything goes your way, always helps when the flow of The game is set up for you, have to be careful whinging too much with the score where it is

Remember what the score was, when the cheating pelicans sent Sandow to the bin, made sure didn't they?

Well said, they scored a try in the second half off a non crusher tackle then 16 points with Sandow in the bin.

While not happy with the result, I reckon the boys put in . They are still developing as a side and we have a lot of young players. We just need to remember where we were this time last year.

Also we aren't sitting to bad on the table. Still in the eight with knights at home next week which on form we should win then a bye. Leading into our last three games I don't think many thought we would have got any wins against cowboys/dogs/storm yet we got two from three.

We are going ok.

The grapple tackle penalty was also comical. Parramatta not dirty enough to win that one. As a neutral, ive rarely seen more bias reffing than that.

This game can probably be simply described as Melbourne were too good and Parra weren't good enough.

The refs weren't that bad really. Parra were their own worse enemy. Cummins had no real choice when a player says to you "How much are they paying you"

We Are are not like the top teams cause we panic and fall out of the grind to quickly.
Everytime we got back in the game we done something silly and lost momentum.

Melbourne where superior team.Deserved to win but we made it easy.Tonga does some silly things for an experienced player.

Hilarious from the refs. Penalising a non crusher tackle on the team that invented it , and the chicken wing etc etc....

Makes you wonder how important it is to have the Scum in the 8

I agree. There is nothing like falling out of a good grind.
