I still think its a shame with Ray Stone. He never has had a good run. By that I mean 20 games straight. Always gets a few then a niggle injury etc. Not a good time when your trying to establish a career.

He offers nothing in attack but what a defender. 100% effectiveness from 16 tackles tonight and some of them were absolute bell ringers.

Maybe just maybe this club might have finally rid them of those storm demons. Still probably have to beat them in a final. But beating them full strength in a year twice is no mean feat.

We have stood up to them twice this year and beaten them at their own game in both wet and dry conditions

Grant was made to tackle plenty of merkins running at him, more times than he'd like. That blunted his game in attack on account of being f**ked by the workload in defense.

Im a huge Lane fan but his chase on the Remis Smith try was so lazy. He was absolutely in a position to stop that try if he pushed up but he jogged and watched and looked terrible in doing so. Was this before or after his HIA. Am I being too hard on him?
