Roosters are very creative. They find space in the middle then go wide. They always have players backing up and lots of speed.

We just basicaly took 5 hit ups and kicked and your standard 4th tackle spread out wide with no numbers or overlap. Multiple times barrelled into touch or an error.

Had Peninsi kick taken a nice bounce it could be 10-2 but to be fair the scoreline probably reflects the game.
We looks slow in comparison. They play very fast and exciting football.

What we lack also is support players. When we got the bomb and Bryce got the ball had he had support maybe we score.
Also before halftime Moses puts a nice bomb up and nobody even gets there to contest the ball. We play boring slow footy so those rare chances need to be 100%

I don't see us getting back in this unless we score in the first 10 mins.

Need to control the ball better and be patient.

And f**k me we need to fix our middle defence right f**king now, 12 men or not, you don't give up the middle like that.

We leave a bloody large gap behind the ruck. We really need to compress a bit more to cover the dummy half running or the first receiver running an outside in line. At least make them shift and bank on our effort areas on the edge to cover overlaps. Our scramble has been excellent. Keep relying on that and cover the ruck.
