second tier status has got nothing to do with their non football revenue. Their football club generated revenue of less than $2.5million is what you would expect a second tier club to be generating. Not that those figures you’ve posted make much sense.
Seems very few nrl clubs have sponsors “lining up”, I doubt a small suburban based club will do any better than the current suburban based clubs are achieving in regards to corporate support.
